To secure your appointment, a 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date provided at least 48 hours notice is given prior to your scheduled appointment time,

If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new 50% deposit will be required to secure another booking.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date of your choice. If you are unable to reschedule, a full refund of your deposit will be provided.
